Who we are

Growna is a web design, development and search studio. You can reach us at info@growna.ai about anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete what we hold.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company, budget range, the service you are interested in and your message.

We run no advertising pixels and no session recording. We do not build profiles, we do not buy contact lists, and we never sell your details. We measure page views and loading speed through Vercel, without cookies and without anything that could follow you to another site. Google receives something about your visit only where you have allowed it: Google Analytics if you switch it on, and the map on the services page if you allow that. Both then set their own cookies under Google policy rather than ours.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run the project. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Who else sees it

Two service providers, both only as far as delivering the message requires. Resend sends the email that carries your enquiry to us, and Vercel hosts the site and processes the request. Neither uses your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for the length of the engagement and for two years afterwards, so we can answer questions about work we shipped. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@growna.ai and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.
