Terms and Conditions
The working agreement behind a Growna project: what we commit to, what we need from you, and who owns what.
Scope and quotes
Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed quote. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before it is built, so the number you agree is the number you pay.
Payment
Projects are invoiced fifty percent to start and fifty percent on completion, unless the scope sets out a different schedule. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
Timelines
We give a dated schedule before work starts and we hold to it. Timelines assume content, feedback and approvals arrive when agreed. Where they do not, the schedule moves by the length of the delay rather than the quality dropping to catch up.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included at each stage. Further rounds, or a change of direction after a stage is signed off, are quoted as additional work.
Ownership
On final payment, the site, the designs and the content we produced for you are yours outright, along with the accounts they live in. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third party platforms
Builds sit on platforms such as Webflow, Framer or Vercel, and use services such as domain registrars and email providers. Their pricing, uptime and terms are theirs rather than ours, and their subscriptions are billed to you directly.
What we do not promise
We build for search and we are good at it, but nobody can guarantee a ranking position, a traffic figure or a conversion rate. Anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is the work, the method and the reporting behind it.
Ending an engagement
Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point and you receive everything produced so far. Retainers run to the end of the month in progress.
