About the project
Two buyers, one site, and they want opposite things. A parent is deciding whether a monthly plan is worth it for their teenager and wants to see what the student actually ends up with. A school is deciding whether to put a programme in front of its pupils and wants to see who teaches it and where they come from. The proof that convinces one is noise to the other, and the pricing that reassures a parent is irrelevant to a school.
- Plans presented as a subscription, with what each tier actually includes
- Mentor provenance carried high, because it is the strongest proof the company has
- School logos as institutional proof, separate from the parent-facing pitch
- The outcome shown as a working product rather than described as a benefit
- Workshops and mentorship kept as their own routes, not buried in plans
How we approached it
Show the artefact, not the adjective
The thing that makes this credible is that a student finishes with a real site and real sales, so the page shows those screens rather than claiming the skills. A dashboard with a number on it does more for a sceptical parent than a paragraph about durable skills.
Let the institutions do the vouching
Named schools and named universities carry more weight in this market than any claim the company can make about itself, particularly in a country where institutional reputation is the currency. They are placed where a sceptical reader meets them early.
Price the tiers so the middle one makes sense
Three tiers only work when the difference between them is legible in a sentence. Each plan states what it adds rather than repeating a feature list, and the mentor track is positioned as an application rather than a purchase, which is what it actually is.
Across Hebbian and several education platforms, Growna turned complex requirements into clean, intuitive products. Thoughtful, fast, and a genuine collaborator from concept through launch.
