About the project
An agency that sells content marketing is judged on its own publishing, which makes a neglected blog an active liability rather than a missing feature. The problem is almost never willingness, it is friction: when publishing means wrestling a layout, the cadence slips within a month. The site needed to make posting the easy path.
- A blog modelled as a collection, not a page
- Templates that hold at 400 words and at 4,000
- Search foundations built in from the first post
- Authors and categories modelled before the first post
- Related posts that surface without manual curation
How we approached it
A blog that is a collection, not a page
Webflow CMS with categories, authors and related posts modelled up front, so structure is inherited by every new post instead of rebuilt.
Templates that hold up
Post layouts that stay readable whether the piece runs 400 words or 4,000, with the long-form case handled rather than hoped for.
Search foundations from day one
Schema, headings and internal linking built into the template, so the SEO work compounds with every post rather than needing a retrofit later.
